Description

This position supports our clients through managing projects, collaborating with team members and coordinating team operations for Commercial Furniture Projects.

• Work closely with engineers/factories to prepare & customize quotes/proposals for clients.
• Ensure that all projects are properly delivered to agreed deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Own and manage the communication to the client throughout the project, always seeking ways to add value and upkeep to Harmony Standards
• Ensure excellent project coordination through seamless, clear and concise communication with internal & external teams
• Build comprehensive project timelines vetting with factories located throughout the United States.
• Keep all jobs on track by assessing, prioritizing and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and ability to catch errors & suggest solutions
• Keep everyone up to speed on their projects and owning all of the details (from dates to customization and specifications)

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Have an understanding of the Furniture Business or that of a similar field.
• Team player. Willing to jump in where needed, interested in growing skills and building up expertise.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Reliable Car with Clean Driving Record.
• Experience in Shipping & Logistics a plus
