    Description
    We are seeking a Client Service Associate at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm.

    This position will support Private Client Group Advisors, serving as the first point of contact for clients or prospects and providing a wide range of relationship management and administrative support for individuals, entities, and trusts.

    This position offers work from home availability 2 days per week after initial orientation period.


    Position responsibilities:

    Oversee client interaction - act as a conduit between client and Private Client Group operations; create business plans with Managing Director geared toward client growth and development; build relationships with clients by proactively initiating contact; introduce technology and services to clients as appropriate; monitor client accounts and understand their rationale, intentions, and goals.

    Coordinates investment account transactions at Fidelity and Schwab such as opening and closing brokerage accounts, transferring assets, money movement, charitable gifting, trust distributions, and general account administrationWorks directly with service team at Fidelity and Schwab, as needed, to troubleshoot problems, expedite high priority items and work through complex transactionsAdministration of alternative investments; including the completion of subscription documents and coordinating capital callsManage meeting logistics and assist in the coordination and finalization of client meeting materialsAssists in office organization, filing, scanning of documents to the client directory and electronic file creationDevelops familiarity of the tools available to complete assigned projects in a paperless environmentCompletes other duties as assigned RequirementsEssential skills and experience:2+ years of related Investment, Insurance or Trust Administration experienceBS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with alternative investments is a plusExperience with Fidelity or Schwab is a plusAbility to work under pressure, organize and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment where time management, attention to detail, follow-through and meeting deadlines are criticalStrong computer proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook)Strong client orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbalStrong team playerCommitment to company valuesClearstead is committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and strongly encourages applications from all minorities.
