We are looking for an **Administrative Coordinator II** to join our dedicated team, in **Lancaster, PA**.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office activities with the Office Manager and site leadership teams. In addition, this individual will be responsible for accurate data entry, report generation, and event planning and coordination for our manufacturing operations in Lancaster, PA. **This is a front-desk position** . Your outgoing personality and ability to interact with others will help you to succeed in this role. This is a 1st shift opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Ideal candidates will have flexibility to come in early as well as provide support on the off-shifts for special events.
**Responsibilities for our administrative coordinators include:**
Providing administrative support to the plant manager and their leadership team
Accurately entering data into operations systems and generating reports from this information
Managing office supplies and orders for the plants
Processing invoices
Assisting the office manager in organizing all co-worker functions
Greeting all visitors to the plant and working with managers to provide necessary safety gear for visitors.
**Our next team member will ideally possess the following education and work qualifications:**
High School diploma or GED required. Post secondary education preferred.
1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing office environment required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products required. Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment essential.
Previous experience with SAP a plus
