    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    MONARQ Group, established in 2006, a leading regional distributor and marketer of premium alcoholic beverages throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as USA duty free channel, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Miami Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position, based in our Coconut Grove office, requires a multifaceted approach encompassing digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce coordination, and sales support.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, executing, and analyzing various aspects of MONARQ Group's digital marketing strategies, as well as supporting the management of our portfolio on e-commerce platforms and assisting with sales initiatives. This role will contribute significantly to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, furthering the marketing efforts and strategies for the company, our portfolio, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Plan, execute, and manage social media calendars and campaigns to enhance organic rankings and exposure for MONARQ, our brands, and distributors.

    · Maintain and oversee multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.

    · Regularly prepare and distribute newsletters to communicate portfolio developments, brand announcements, accolades, etc.

    · Analyze the results of social media efforts, providing monthly reporting using Instagram and Google Analytics.

    · Coordinate distribution of social media content calendars to distribution partners.

    · Engage with social media posts of our distribution partners.

    · Compile and report social media performance internally and to brand partners.

    · Ensure digital sales tools, such as company presentations and digital brochures, are kept up-to-date.

    · Manage our portfolio on e-commerce platforms of distributor networks and e-commerce customers.

    · Support the growth and development of the company's CRM database.

    · Respond to ad hoc requests from sales, marketing teams, executive leadership, and partners as needed.

    · Additional marketing responsibilities and projects as required.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    · 2-3 years of relevant work experience in social media and/or digital marketing.

    · Background in industries such as Drinks, Advertising, FMCG, Luxury goods, or Fragrances preferred.

    · Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

    · Strong writing and proofing skills.

    · Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, Instagram, and Google Analytics.

    · Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.

    · Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
