    About the Role:

As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting our sales and marketing efforts to ensure Tortuga continues to delight customers around the world. With opportunities to contribute creative ideas, collaborate with talented teams, and make a real impact, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for both sales and marketing.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Generate creative ideas for promotional and holiday campaign graphics

    • Collaborate with designers and agencies to maintain brand consistency

    • Produce visually compelling materials to boost brand awareness

    • Utilize digital tools to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials

    • Track and manage inventory levels of marketing collateral

    • Coordinate with vendors to replenish marketing materials

    • Implement efficient systems for organizing and distributing collateral

    • Stay updated on digital trends to enhance marketing effectiveness

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team

    • Assist in coordinating sales events and promotional activities


    Competencies & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

    • 1-2 years of related work experience

    • Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to read and comprehend both languages fluently

    • Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar role

    • Strong creative mindset with innovative ideas

    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software

    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

    • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
