Northfield, IL based company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of E-Drive Test Stand Operator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting tests, as well as setting up, operating, and dismantling test components on common E-Drive test stands at the system or component level.

Other responsibilities include providing support for calibration, maintenance, and repair work on common test stands, preparing and organizing known test components, and operating and monitoring HiL, system, or component test stands for E-Drive hardware or software with the corresponding measurement and testing technology in their own work environment.

The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting test stand issues in collaboration with interface partners, connecting common measurement technology and diagnostic devices, and documenting the test setup.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to operate common test stand automation tools, as well as software analysis, CAN analysis, and data evaluation tools in their own work environment.

They will also participate in test automation for common tests, contribute to the development and optimization of project-specific processes, assist in training other test stand operators, and actively contribute to knowledge management.

The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational/technician/master's degree with experience in test stand operation or a comparable qualification, 1-3 years of experience with HiL, system, or component test stands for E-Drive hardware or software, a good understanding of test stand automation, CAN analysis, and data analysis tools, a strong understanding of E-Drive components, test stand components
