Team Leader (m/f/d) for Senior and Dementia Care


Are you interested in coordinating our dementia café "Café Malta" and our Mobile Shopping Cart, and have experience working with seniors and/or people with dementia? Do you want to be part of a modern aid organization with diverse areas of focus? Then we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in
part-time (60%, or 23.4 hours per week) for Villingen, Bad Dürrheim, and Donaueschingen.

Our services take place three afternoons a week and can be expanded to additional days depending on demand. Therefore, the position can also be expanded in the future.


Your responsibilities:


  • Contact person in the district for outpatient senior and dementia care at Malteser
  • Planning, organizing, and leading the services
  • Coordination and support of volunteer staff
  • Consultations and maintaining contact with clients and their families
  • Networking and public relations
  • Teamoriented collaboration with those responsible at various organizational levels
