    About the Job: Business Systems Analyst

    As a Business Systems Analyst at DXP, you will be pivotal in understanding core operational business processes related to our ERP system and supporting users in executing these processes. This role will make you a key IT resource and a subject matter expert assisting internal ERP users in the technical and business operations at DXP.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Provide technical and functional support for systems such as Epicor, Coupa, Infor, and other applications
    • Develop a strong understanding, document, and implement business processes
    • Train users on system and business processes
    • Manage small projects throughout their life cycles
    • Participate in a branch/department rotation program
    • Identify process improvements or automation opportunities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or similar field
    • Experience in Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industry
    • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Prophet 21 (P21)
    • Basic SQL query writing skills
    • Strong analytical and documentation abilities
    • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
    • Willingness to travel as required
    • Valid driving record per company guidelines

    Working Conditions: Office Environment (with Warehouse rotation)

    Training/Certifications: N/A

    Shift Time/Overtime: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with possible variations

    Travel: Determined by rotation schedule; travel will be required
