Team United Consulting provides an excellent opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals who are eager to take charge of their professional growth and become part of a growing TEAM.

    The ideal Entry Level Account Manager possesses strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to team effectiveness. Our average annual earnings for this role range from $85,000 to $115,000, with top performers exceeding $200,000.

    As an Entry level sales and account manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure great customer satisfaction by efficiently managing customer sales inquiries. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to optimize the customer experience by comprehending client requirements and delivering efficient support and solutions. You must also possess the ability to establish and cultivate connections with both new and current consumers, stimulate curiosity in the range of products, and successfully conclude sales.

    • Sales and Account Manager Responsibilities:
    • Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients.
    • Reach weekly sales targets.
    • Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs.
    • Help prospective clients choose the right health plan based on their lifestyle and budget.
    • Treat sensitive and private health information with discretion.

    Sales and Account Manager Qualifications:

    • Must be local to Nashville and surrounding areas.
    • Comfortable with building relationships with clients on phone and in-person.
    • Capable of working independently and efficiently to accomplish goals in a formal office setting.
    • Excellent communication abilities, an optimistic outlook, a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, a hunger for success, and the ability to be coached.
    • Able to pass a criminal background check.
    • Ability to commute: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
