- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to navigate through gatekeepers effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a recruiter is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working within HubSpot is a plus.
- Generous commission structure for successful appointment setting and bonus on sale by the sales team.
