Position:
Outbound Call Center Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential clients.
Overcome objections and address concerns to secure appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointmentsetting strategies.
Actively listen to clients and provide excellent customer service.
Adapt to feedback and implement best practices for appointment setting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Strong listening and problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented and organized.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
