    Our Government client is looking for a dedicated Clinician 1 (Multiple Positions Available) in Richmond, Virginia

    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S OPPORTUNITY

    • Oversight of service delivery regulations and documentation, ensuring compliance with program policies through file reviews and audits.
    • Management of treatment plan development, progress reviews, and staff supervision.
    • Recruitment, training, and evaluation of team members.
    • Various other assigned duties.

    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Masters Degree in a human service field.
    • Licensed mental health professional eligible in Virginia.
    • Preferably 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
    • Experience with Intensive Community Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, or Medicaid funded services.
    • Preferably 3 years of experience with adults facing mental health challenges.
    • Valid VA Driver's License, CPR, and First Aid certification.
