Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for completing Assessments, ISPs, CEPPs, and SRAs within a specific time frame. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to address immediate mental health concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
• Provide direct support and guidance to clients in managing their behaviors and emotions
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Experience:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Valid licensure or certification as a Clinician (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Experience in providing therapy and counseling services
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques
• Knowledge of crisis management strategies
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
