    We are looing for a Sales Director, the role is US based and 100% remote.

    We are looking for a senior sales executive playing a role of sales hunter in including the following responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying them based on the company's target criteria.


    Sales Cycle Management:
    Manage the entire sales cycle, including initial client engagement, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

    New Client Acquisition:
    Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base.

    Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations and present the value proposition of the company's IT services.


    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and align the company's offerings accordingly.

    Solution Selling:

    Understand the client's business challenges and objectives to position and articulate how the company's IT services can address their business and technology needs effectively.

    Collaborate with technical teams or subject matter experts to develop tailored solutions.

    Relationship Building:
    Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing excellent customer service. Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

    Sales Targets and Reporting:
    Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, detailing sales activities, progress, and challenge

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless coordination, effective solution delivery, and successful client outcomes.
