    The Director of IT is a strategic-minded IT leader, with experience in IT infrastructure and managing end-user support, a strong background in retail or multi-location IT management, and strong team leadership capacity.

    Position Overview

As a Director of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological landscape, working alongside the CIO to drive strategic initiatives and support key operations across numerous locations.

    Responsibilities

    • Will initially focus on IT infrastructure operations and end-user support.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments.
    • Manage IT quality, continuity, recovery, budgeting, and strategic planning.
    • Facilitate IT organizational change, vendor management, and compliance with external requirements.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration with all organizational levels.
    • Strategic thinking and planning, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.

    Requirements

    • College degree in a related field.
    • At least five years of experience in information technology management.
    • Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, network, and applications management.
    • Experience in retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
