    Description

    The Program Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the program management team located in Oxanrd, CA in planning, monitoring, and controlling complex aerospace manufacturing programs.

    This role requires a combination of financial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to analyze and synthesize data to ensure programs meet financial goals and deadlines.

    My client is a leading aerospace manufacturing company committed to excellence in producing cutting-edge solutions for the aerospace industry. With a focus on innovation and precision engineering, they are dedicated to shaping the future of aviation.

    As part of their expansion efforts, they are seeking a seasoned Program Control Analyst to join their finance team in Oxnard, CA.

    Work with project managers and engineers to capture program requirements and translate them into detailed plans and estimates.


    Monitoring and Analysis:
    Regularly monitor actual program performance against planned performance, identifying variances and trends.
    Perform risk analysis and contingency planning to address potential program deviations.
    Generate financial and project reports for senior management, highlighting progress and areas of concern.


    Financial Management:
    Analyze financial data to provide cost forecasts and spending projections.
    Support the financial integration of program milestones with corporate financial systems.
    Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, financial health, and risk management.
    Identify and implement process improvements in program control practices.
    Utilize project management tools and software to increase efficiency in tracking and reporting.
    Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced finance degree is a plus.
    ~5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
    ~ Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
    ~ Live in a commutable distance from Oxnard, CA
    ~ Retirement savings plan
