- Workforce Planning & Organizational Development – Leverage business understanding and talent data to develop and implement an effective People strategy for supported business; provide guidance on current and future state requirements; forecasts talent needs and crafts role profiles as needed to facilitate organization effectiveness.
- Culture – build relationships throughout the organization to enhance culture and the employee experience; partner with business leaders to ensure employees are engaged, enabled and feeling valued; ensure we are upholding our People Promise.
- Talent - Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure a deliberate approach to attracting and retaining top talent from both inside and outside the organization; lead annual talent review and succession planning – supporting actions needed to develop the internal talent pipeline; partner with colleagues in Talent & Leadership and other BPs to implement innovative solutions to business needs.
- Coaching and Team Development - Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to senior leaders; Design and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching and team building to support high performing teams and growth
- Performance Management – Leads annual goal setting and year-end evaluation with business leaders. Supports managers in ensuring every person is consistently performing, receiving feedback, and focusing on growth and development.
- Total Rewards – Leads delivery of annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning process with business leaders; collaborates with Total Rewards to drive participation in annual benefits enrollment, wellness, and recognition programs.
- Employee Relations - Lead employee relations, working closely with managers and employees in addressing all areas of employee relations to ensure HomeServe's People and Customer promises are front and center
- Change Champion – Lead change initiatives to accelerate adoption and performance; administer and evaluate all HR processes, programs and policies with an eye to continuous improvement – always looking to enhance our efficiency, effective and employee experience
- HR leadership – Ensure delivery of human resources in a consistent, efficient and streamlined way, helping employees navigate the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or master's degree in human resource management preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Certificates & Licenses: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
