- Partner with the Director, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, to implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
- Support the implementation of an integrated communications plan, including through management of key communications systems and tools.
- Develop and execute innovative internal communications initiatives to support effective information and knowledge management, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design and execute signature social impact and sustainability initiatives to advance the company's mission for sustainable communities at local, national, and global levels, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with brands and internal teams to craft compelling, tailored narratives around social impact and sustainability, fostering partnerships and driving positive outcomes.
- Develop and manage corporate communications and branding content for various online, print & TV channels such as company and brand websites, newspapers, job sites, etc.
- Actively develop and maintain positive relationships with various members of the media, facilitating timely responses and managing high quality corporate press releases.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of communications, marketing, or public affairs/public relations; experience in corporate social responsibility and corporate communications is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing corporate communication plans.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Mission-driven and motivated professional with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with corporate social responsibility and ESG initiatives and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to present complex information in clear, concise and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Fluency in English and Korean is highly desirable.
