    Job Title: Managing Director - Healthcare Services

    Company: Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A)

    Citizens is looking for a Managing Director to join their Healthcare Services group within Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A), which is a prominent middle market investment bank specializing in various industry sectors such as Financial Services, Aerospace Defense & Government Services, Business Services, Consumer, Gaming Lodging & Leisure, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology & Communications, Transportation & Logistics.

    As a Managing Director, you will bring specific experience in the Healthcare/Healthcare IT sector and possess established Corporate and Financial Sponsor relationships to drive strategic discussions with both existing and new clients, leading to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity and Debt Capital Markets transactions, Global Markets activities (FX and hedging), and general advisory services.

    You will play a key role in client interactions, collaborating with product partners as needed and guiding discussions and presentations to clients. This role offers the opportunity for autonomy, career growth, and a significant contribution within a newly formed team.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Generate investment banking revenues with the support of product partners
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Healthcare clients at the C-suite level
    • Develop strategic concepts, research industry trends, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Citizens Commercial Bankers on cross-selling initiatives
    • Assist in deal executions by providing industry expertise internally and externally
    • Participate in industry events to enhance relationships, identify trends, and network
    • Ensure proper credit and market risk management in collaboration with risk management teams

    Demonstrated, long-term client relationships and a minimum of 10+ years' experience in Investment Banking and/or Capital Markets with a top-tier institution are required for this role. Strong expertise in Debt and Equity Capital Markets and M&A transactions, along with excellent communication, organizational, and credit assessment skills, are essential.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Master's degree preferred
    • Series 79 & 63 licenses

    Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday

    Salary:

    The salary range for this position is $300,000 - $400,000 per year, with an opportunity for an annual bonus. Compensation is based on various factors, including location and experience.
