- Job Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Development: Develop and implement a People strategy, forecast talent needs, and ensure organization effectiveness.

- HR leadership: Ensure efficient delivery of human resources within the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or masters in human resource management preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Certificates & Licenses: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
