- Support all contract implementation and management needs for awarded projects, including liaising with owner entities
- Work with assigned project managers and our central office through the contract award process and post-award requirement submission process
- Work with clients to ensure all post-award documentation is submitted on schedule and according to client's requirements
- Liaise with proposal group to understand insurance, bonding, and legal requirements prior to proposal submission, flagging any concerns or needs early in the process
- Liaise with legal division to review and negotiate contract documents prior to contract execution
- Work with project team to maintain compliance with all executed agreements, including, but not limited to, schedule, budget, M/WBE and Section 3 compliance goals, required reporting, insurance, and bonding
- Maintain contract files of active and past projects
- Develop and maintain list of past and current project data (i.e., project name, client, period of performance, awarded amount, final amount, history of modifications, and performance ratings)
- Support licensing and other business registration as needed in furtherance of contract implementation
- 5 years of experience in contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SharePoint administration and file management experience
- City, state, or federal contract management a plus
- Experience with complex project contracts and experience with management of multimillion-dollar projects a plus
