I would like to request a quote for hiring a community manager for our neighborhood in Brookside, DE. The property is located at 40 Dulcinea Street, Madrid. It is a newly created community, as the building is newly constructed. There are four neighbors in total (four floors and one storage floor for each neighbor). The common areas include a -2 floor that houses centralized private elements such as utility meters, garbage room, and heating room, as well as access to the individual units and elevator. There are no recreational common areas.
