    Staff Accountant
    Tampa, FL

Our esteemed GC client is on the hunt for a proactive individual to join their team and ensure that their financial records are nothing short of spectacular As the Staff Accountant, youll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate accounting records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

    • Keep the General Ledger accounts in shipshape, ensuring accuracy in all postings and balancing accounts regularly.
    • Craft monthly Financial Statements that provide management with a clear snapshot of our clients financial standing.
    • Expertly reconcile accounts to ensure precision and clarity in our clients financial reports.
    • The Staff Accountant will spearhead the AR process

    Qualifications Desired for the Staff Accountant:

    • Associate degree or higher in Accounting preferred
    • Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.
    • Stellar people skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Sharp analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement.
    • Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus.
