    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial success and grow within a dynamic work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • CPA or pursuing CPA certification is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
    • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
