- Facilitate management and delivery of transportation projects on-time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Support Business development duties for major project/contract pursuits when necessary;
- Serve as QA/QC lead when necessary, continue refinement of ATCS Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and ensure its application across all offices for all project deliverables and products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Strong leadership skills and substantial experience as a Project Manager in the areas of traditional design-bid-build, alternative delivery, and P3 projects;
- 25+ years of diversified technical experience in Transportation Design desired;
- Virginia PE license required; PE in additional ATCS markets preferred (Md, NC, SC, PA, etc.);
- Existing relationships with clients, as well as other local engineering firms, with the ability to provide exceptional client interface and service delivery;
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Active in professional organizations, preferably having served on committees or held positions of responsibility;
- DOT project delivery experience in Virginia and Maryland a huge plus;
- Ability to travel as needed.
