Responsibilities & Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and conducts consulting survey or training tasks in problem areas.
  • Organizes, executes, and coordinates project assignments.
  • Remains current on related ISO methodologies, databases, and tools.
  • Anticipates and solves complex problems related to program performance.
  • Assist DOJ's efforts to implement and operationalize ITIL, ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 processes.
  • Assist in preparing the organization for successful ISO 20000 and 27000 certification and sustainment.
  • Develop and execute training to support the development of individual and organizational competencies linked to implementing ITIL processes.
  • Assist in compiling progress reports and analysis to track progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years of experience in ISO 27000, 27001 Lead Auditor, and most recent training on current ISO 20000 and 27000 standards.
  • Experience with ISO processes and audit procedures.
  • 5 years of process improvement and consulting experience
  • Experience with supporting ITIL process implementations in the Federal Government environment and within the industry.
  • Experience consulting organizations through an ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 independent assessments and assistance with obtaining and maintaining those certifications is highly desirable.
  • Currently remote/telework, expected to return to office half time in the near future.
  • Must successfully pass NACI background check.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
