Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a test lab with various models of Windows 11 laptops and oversee the maintenance of approximately 2,000 laptops.
- Keep BIOS, firmware, and all drivers (NIC, video, audio, etc.) updated on laptops and docking stations.
- Perform testing in the lab before deploying updates or changes to ensure stability and functionality.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving trending issues with laptop hardware or software.
- Oversee and manage the AUTOPILOT and INTUNE configuration processes in collaboration with hardware vendors, ensuring seamless laptop domain join sequences.
- Track and monitor laptops via INTUNE to ensure they are regularly checking in and receiving updates; take corrective action as necessary.
- Monitor the Tenable Nessus workstation dashboard to identify and remediate any software vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate on the configuration, setup, and daily management of INTUNE for mobile devices.
- Act as a backup in creating and managing software packages for delivery.
- Utilize ServiceNow for the review, evaluation, assignment, and working of enduser support tickets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures related to device management, including patching, reporting, and analytics for both laptops and mobile devices.
Required Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Windows 11 administration, INTUNE, AUTOPILOT, and remote device management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with network infrastructure and system security.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow for handling support tickets and IT service management processes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tenable Nessus and vulnerability management.
- Previous experience working in a test lab environment.
Pay:
$91, $110,000.00 per year
