The Information Technology Help Desk Manager:
- Must have working experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Dynamics 365, Azure, M365 (Apple/Mac experience is a plus).
- Proven knowledge of MS Office including word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in help desk management.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assistance and inventory tasks.
- Coordinate set up of New Hire accounts, as well as equipment for orientation.
- Gather additional details, clarify, test, reproduce and document customer issues and create/update support tickets.
- Ability to work within deadlines and effectively handle stress.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships and interact successfully with others.
Pay:
$110, $119,400.00 per year
