The Information Technology Help Desk Manager:

  • Must have working experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Dynamics 365, Azure, M365 (Apple/Mac experience is a plus).
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office including word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint.

Proven experience in help desk management.

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assistance and inventory tasks.
  • Coordinate set up of New Hire accounts, as well as equipment for orientation.
  • Gather additional details, clarify, test, reproduce and document customer issues and create/update support tickets.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and effectively handle stress.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and interact successfully with others.

Pay:
$110, $119,400.00 per year
