Accounting Manager Role in Sheboygan CountyWe are working on an Accounting Manager position for a national manufacturer in the Sheboygan area.

This position is open due to some succession planning and will report directly to the CFO.

The company has been expanding rapidly as their industry is constantly evolving and they are evolving right long with it.

ResponsibilitiesOversee operations of the accounting/finance departmentMaintain a system of internal controls over accounting transactions.
Issue timely and complete financial statements to leadershipCoordinate quarterly and annual reporting/closeCalculate and issue financial and operating metrics.

Coordinate capital project proposalsProactively provide in-depth analysis of product cost standards and actual results discussing reasons for results and methods to improve performance.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting/Finance5+ years of manufacturing accounting experiencePrior leadership experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
