- Establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Managing and mentoring a team of accounting staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Collaborating with other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Evaluating and implementing improvements to accounting systems and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level accounting or financial management role.

Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities that will require both your technical and managerial skills.
