    SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    Position Summary:

    The Director of Field Operations-Power is responsible for leading and managing all field operations related to power projects and power deployments.

    This includes strategic planning, process improvement, resource management, team leadership, budget management, and cross-departmental coordination. The Director of Field Operations-Power plays a key role in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the organization's goals.

    Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

    Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

    Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high morale.

    Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.

    Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational needs.

    Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

    Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service or product quality.

    Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

    Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet budgetary targets.


    Work closely with other departments, such as Safety, Finance, Sales, and People Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.

    Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Use data-driven analysis to track operational performance and identify trends.


    Other Requirements:
    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

    Proficiency in operational analysis and process improvement methodologies.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.

    Ability to travel to various project sites as required.

    Knowledge of electrical systems.

    Excellent customer skills.
