- Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers and internal sales team ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carriers' equipment.
- Consistently provide service and support to motors carriers in an effort to build business relationships.
- Collaborate with the Customer Sales team to streamline processes.
- Manager performance expectations through carrier account metrics
- Communicate with motor carrier to schedule tracks and resolve issues.
- Verify all freight charges, confirm receipt of the Bill of Lading, and resolve all payables discrepancies prior to final payment motor carrier.
- Montior Bill of Lading discrepancies to ensure proper return of commodity is arranged, as necessary.

The role of a Carrier Sales Representative, you will facilitate the achievement of business goals through strategic sales activities including: managing a freight portfolio from pickup to delivery, providing and negotiating freight rates, building carrier relationships, and leveraging knowledge of the industry to influence the decision-making process.
