- Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures.
- Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans.
- Draft and revise policies, handbooks, and other employee communication documents for clarity.
- Understandably explain complex employment law issues for diverse audiences.
- Identify problem-solving options, presenting pros and cons for informed client decisions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to the CA State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law; additional understanding of enforcement techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred experience in conducting training or workplace investigations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
