Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in San Diego, CA. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for researching case law, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, law & motion, hearings, and representing clients in court. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research and providing advice to clients on legal matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in California

Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines

Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

Demonstrated proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw

Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
