Who are we hiring?
We are searching for a Marketing Manager who is both creative and results-oriented, with a proven
track record of successfully driving direct consumer engagement through effective digital marketing
strategies. In this position, you will play a key role in devising and executing innovative marketing
strategies aimed at increasing direct consumer traffic, fostering engagement, and promoting growth in
direct consumer sales.
What Will You Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Plan, create, and oversee compelling e-marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, blogs,
websites, and newsletters
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
challenges
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create marketing materials
Manage our social media presence across multiple channels, monitoring performance metrics
Implement influencer marketing programs and coordinate with influencers
Evaluate, identify, and learn new technologies to continuously improve our digital presence
Organize and participate in events, webinars, and conferences as needed
Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
What Do You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality
industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Email
marketing and social media platforms
Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making
Experience in content creation and graphic design is a plus
