    The Marketing Communications manager will lead the implementation of cohesive integrated marketing communications strategies, and activities for Kearfott Corporation, including overall brand strategy and objectives.


    You will work with business leaders to identify program milestones and business priorities and then create narratives to help spread the word on leading technologies Kearfott develops.

    This is a working lead role, that includes writing and coordinating communication to create marketing, creative, public relations, social media

    products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

    You will strategically execute, track and optimize content across digital and non-digital channels to grow engagement and audience reach in support of the company's overall goals.

    This is a remote position, but will require travel to our NJ and NC locations.

    Marketing Communications Manager

    Required Skills


    Essential Functions:
    Update and maintain marketing content of the Kearfott website.
    Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
    Build Brand Awareness.
    Identifying Trends and Insights.
    Manage all aspects of planning and execution of trade show exhibits for multiple national and international events.

    Create and implement integrated marketing communications strategies and products (including social media), programs, campaigns and activities that achieve sales and growth targets by driving awareness and preference for our company, products and services.

    Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and activities, including advertising, trade shows and customer events, digital marketing, videos, marketing collateral and sales tools, thought leadership and more.

    Develop key messages that differentiate our innovative solutions and provide a compelling value proposition for targeted customer segments.
    Manage and develop content for marketing collateral,

    video production,

    trade shows, web, social media, etc.
    Bring creative insights, ideas and strategies to bear while effectively managing plans, processes, budgets and schedules.
    Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results.
    Partner with program management and business development to gain a clear understanding of business objectives, initiatives and priorities.
    Promote and advance marketing and communications standards.
    Ensure brand and quality of content is consistent across all channels and mediums.
    Required Experience


    Must be a proactive, self-starter who has a clear understanding of developing and executing strategic marketing and communication campaigns/plans that will lead to creative external storytelling.

    Solid experience in Aerospace and defense marketing.
    This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience


    OR
    an a

    dvanced Degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
    Ability to travel 20%
    Experience managing trade show exhibits, for both national and international events.
    Experience with LinkedIn and X

    social media platforms.
    Ability to create original and engaging content based off highly technical products and information.
    Aptitude for learning and understanding technical products and industry-related concepts quickly.
    Ability to effectively prioritize projects and manage expectations of deliverables while working independently.
    Strategic, proactive, results-oriented mindset; provide regular, hands-on support.
    Excellent writing, editing, verbal and presentation creation skills.
    Translate business/market/mgt. concepts into understandable messages and stories.
    Able to operate/meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    Strong attention to detail and comfortable working across all staff levels and business functions.
    Ability to operate effectively as part of a matrixed, cross-functional team in a global environment.
    A track record of vision, creative thinking, and coordination of complex programs.
    Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
