We are looking for a childcare worker or social pedagogical support staff (m/f/d) to join our municipal kindergartens on September 1st, 2023.


Your main responsibilities include:


  • Educating, caring for, and supervising children aged 3 to 6 years old
  • Collaborating with parents as part of the educational partnership
  • Implementing the concept of the facility

Your profile should include:


  • A degree as a statecertified childcare worker or pedagogical support staff (m/f/d)
  • Enjoyment of working with children from diverse cultures and the motivation to care for them with love
  • Familiarity with the Bavarian educational and upbringing plan
  • Extensive pedagogical knowledge
  • Empathy, conflict resolution skills, and dedication
  • High social competence
  • Ability for selfreflection
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
