Preparation and support in tendering and awarding subcontractor services
Management of subcontractor services and coordination of crosstrade construction execution
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs of construction projects
Measurement and invoice verification of construction services
Examination and management of construction daily reports
Creation of projectspecific construction daily logs
Handling of warranty cases
YOUR PROFILE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.
Solid technical education or degree as a construction engineer or architect
Relevant professional experience as a construction manager for turnkey construction projects
Indepth knowledge of construction execution
Secure application of the VOB
Structured and independent work style as well as assertiveness
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
