Office Manager Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Assist with the onboarding of the new agency management system, EZLynx, including participating in training sessions, data migration, and system setup.
· Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, including client records, policies, and other documents.
· Prepare and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
Customer Service:
· Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries, providing information, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
· Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, including coverage options, premiums, and claims processing.
· Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Rating and Quoting:
· Utilize EZLynx Agency management system to assist with rating and quoting of insurance policies for clients.
· Input client information accurately into the system to generate accurate insurance quotes.
· Assist with comparative analysis of insurance policies to ensure clients receive the best coverage at competitive rates.
Advancement Opportunity:
This position offers the opportunity for advancement within the company. As Star Insurance Agency continues to grow, we plan to hire additional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our day-to-day operations. The Office Manager who demonstrates exceptional performance, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of our business may have the opportunity to advance into a management role, overseeing the CSR team. This advancement opportunity reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent within our organization.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Expectations:
· $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
· Annual Raise: The Office Manager position includes an annual raise of 5% based on performance and company discretion.
· Paid Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation per year. Employees will begin accruing vacation days immediately upon starting employment, with approximately 3.08 hours of paid vacation time accrued for each bi-weekly pay period.
Work Experience Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management roles.
· Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
