- Answering phones and recording messages
- Receiving incoming calls from potential customers and documenting information in our CRM software
- Facilitating communication within the Sales Department
- Creating and distributing marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock counts
- Prepare and package materials for shipping to job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or other equipment
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, following safety guidelines and best practices
- Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Procurement Specialist to fulfill material requests and coordinate deliveries
- Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor inventory movements
- Handle material returns and process paperwork as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Our Interview Process:
At Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc. we believe in finding the best talent and ensuring they're the right fit for our team. Our comprehensive interview process is designed to not only evaluate your skills and experience but also give you a taste of what it's like to work with us. Here's a breakdown of our process:
