    Our Interview Process:
    At Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc. we believe in finding the best talent and ensuring they're the right fit for our team.

    Our comprehensive interview process is designed to not only evaluate your skills and experience but also give you a taste of what it's like to work with us.

    Here's a breakdown of our process:1.

    Initial Phone Screening:

    We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture.

    During this call, we'll also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have.2.


    In-Person Interview with HR Manager:

    You'll have the opportunity to meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position, your qualifications, and how you align with our company values.3.


    Background Check and Drug Test:
    To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients, we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process

    4 Working Interview:

    Part A:
    Day 1-Day 2: During the first phase of our working interview, you'll complete the First Sun EAP training. This comprehensive program familiarizes you with industry-wide professionalism standards through training guides, videos, and knowledge tests.


    Part B:

    Day 3-Day 5: In the second phase, you'll engage in on-the-job training specific to the position you're applying for.

    For example, if you're interviewing for a Sales Support Specialist role, your duties may include:

    Answering phones and recording messagesReceiving incoming calls from potential customers and documenting information in our CRM softwareFacilitating communication within the Sales DepartmentCreating and distributing marketing materialsMaintaining accurate records of sales activitiesDepending on your performance and the complexity of the role, this phase may be extended by another 5 working days.

    You'll be compensated at a rate of $12.50/hour for this week-long working interview.

    At the end of this stage, you'll have the opportunity to negotiate your starting salary with upper management as you transition into a full-time employee.


    Position Overview:


    The Distribution Specialist will play a critical role in our operations by managing inventory, organizing materials in the warehouse, and ensuring accurate tracking of supplies.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team and support our mission of delivering exceptional construction projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and qualityOrganize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock countsPrepare and package materials for shipping to job sitesAssist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or other equipmentKeep warehouse clean and organized, following safety guidelines and best practicesPerform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with Project Managers and the Procurement Specialist to fulfill material requests and coordinate deliveriesUtilize inventory management software to track and monitor inventory movementsHandle material returns and process paperwork as neededAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and inventory managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plusMinimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management roleProficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as neededExcellent attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of inventory management software (e.g.
