    Job Summary and Qualifications:

    The Consulting Product Analyst at HCA ITG leads the review, analysis, and evaluation of clinical informatics systems and user needs. Responsibilities include:

    • Retrieval and analysis of patient care documentation
    • Developing knowledge of EHR systems and clinical documentation flows
    • Planning, tracking, and managing research requests
    • Mentoring others and identifying training needs
    • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Navigating complex political situations and adapting to change

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 7+ years of experience in Electronic Health Records or equivalent
    • Facilitation experience preferred
