Associate Clinical Director.
The
Associate Clinical Director
position is critical to the success of the clinical operations team in standardizing and implementing cohesive processes within Refresh Mental Health.
This position would assist the Director in creating effective Job aids, quick reference guides, SOPs, and other essential tasks as designated by the director of clinical operations.
Assists the Director with oversight of quality clinical care, utilization, and standardization of clinical operations within Refresh Mental Health.Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Education / Training / Experience:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
(this would not be a client-facing position)
Responsibilities
:
Creates high-quality job aids and quick reference guides for standardized clinical operations as designated by the Director
Assists with foundational build needs for clinical operations on EHR system
Thrives in an environment of collaboration with team members to meet the needs of clinical providers and staff within RMH
Contributes to forward-thinking strategic plans to promote successful business and clinical operations within Refresh mental health clinics
Manages detail-oriented tasks/data sets accurately and in a timely fashion
Adapts quickly to an evolving environment and promotes positive change management skills with center-level staff and RVPs.
Assists efforts to meet or exceed clinical quality and client satisfaction goals on NPS
Participate in committee and task forces involving departmental staff. Represent clinical operations needs in intra- and inter-departmental committees and problem focus-groups
Assists with the Development and implementation of scalable, standardized procedures that have a positive impact on utilization management and provider satisfaction
Ensuring that department goals are communicated clearly to appropriate stakeholders and that goals are met or exceeded through team efforts
