Some of our procedures include:
IVUS & Deep Vein stenting, PAD treatments (Atherectomy, Angioplasty), Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE), Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE), Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), Kyphoplasty, Port Placements, as well as Wavelinq (AVF creation).

Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical processes and policies of all Well&You outpatient laboratories (OBL), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), and clinics.
Evaluate and create new as well as existing policies or processes for company-wide improvements.
Conduct initial setup and quarterly re-evaluation of all Well&You clinics, OBLs, and ASCs alongside leaders and staff.
Create and evaluate onboarding processes and guidelines for new clinical employees, including standards and binders.
Collaborate with OBL/ASC directors and team leads to define qualifications and requirements for new clinical employees.
Conduct regular observations of clinics/OBL/ASC for quality improvement measures.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and CEO/COO.
Oversee financials, including quarterly cost analysis in coordination with OBL/ASC Director.
Manage physicians' processes and assist in resolving disputes/issues brought by OBL/ASC Director and/or clinic team lead.
Be onsite for all state or federal regulatory inspections.
Requirements:
OBL/ASC Coordination experience
Experience managing healthcare practice operations and practice systems.
Human Resources experience.
Medical operations management experience.
Demonstrated leadership and people and process management skills.
Experience with various EMR systems, evaluation, and management.
Skills, Experience, and Professional Qualities:
Ability to conduct staff wage & performance reviews, mediate personnel grievances/disputes, and analyze staffing needs.
Experience in analyzing workload flows to ensure appropriate staffing.
Proficient in clearly communicating goals and motivating staff.
Familiarity with EMRs, Google Suite, Google Docs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Superior problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Trustworthy, reliable, and a quick learner.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new software and technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work under pressure.
