    Position Title: Outbound Research Assistant - Data Collection Specialist

    Excited to contribute without leaving your workspace? Be an Outbound Research Assistant, interacting with professional clients from various industries without any sales involved—just collecting data and engaging with clients.

    Hours: 12:00pm-8:00pm, Monday to Friday

    Location: Bloomington, MN % On-Site

    Pay: $19.00 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct telephone interviews to gather and document data, focusing on phone-based data collection.
    • Use outbound calling techniques to offer excellent customer service while collecting details.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse audience.
    • Maintain a professional phone presence with a positive demeanor.
    • Engage with a variety of professional clients across industries.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required.
    • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
    • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain good attendance.
    • Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
    • Proficiency in using computers and navigating software platforms.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
