Work with Project Manager to provide information for permitsWork with estimator to draft pricing estimatesSend timely estimates to customers for approval and facilitate collection of depositPrepare take-offs by reviewing plans and developing material lists for bidsTrack and maintain records of all jobs through internal production softwareReview and maintain work in progress on a daily basisWork cooperatively with all production departments on project-related issues and questions to ensure efficient production and meet deadlinesConduct/attend team, project kickoff, and post mortem meetings as needed RequirementsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
