Your tasks

Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or cashiering, you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
You support the branch manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing our branch concepts
You also take on warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks

Your profile

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with (ideally) first leadership experience, such as shift management
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Fast and efficient work style
Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits

Aboveaverage minimum starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
Paid overtime with precise time tracking
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
Additional benefits according to collective bargaining agreement (allowances, special leave, and more)
