Sales/Inside Sales Clerk - m, w, d

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of customer orders and timely order processing
  • Preparation of offers
  • Support of existing national and international customer base
  • Tracking of delivery dates, in particular internal coordination of deadlines with production departments and suppliers
  • Handling of returns and complaints
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Interface between purchasing, sales, and production
  • Support of team leader in projects
