In addition, e-con is a leader in the planning and implementation of building technology systems with a comprehensive range of services: from basic analysis to execution planning, and support, optimization, and monitoring of implementation.

The role includes managing the financial accounting department, ensuring timely monthly and annual financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, managing fixed assets and subsidies, reporting and analyzing deviations directly to the management, coordinating and reconciling annual financial statements with the auditor, acting as a liaison for auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities, managing and evaluating various subsidy programs, liquidity management, and ensuring, coordinating, and optimizing process flows.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a certified accountant or tax specialist, including leadership responsibilities, a strong understanding of financial accounting, tax and financial laws, experience with Datev and SAP is desirable, proficiency in MS Office, a sense of responsibility and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
