    Position Title: Healthcare Purchasing Clerk

    Location: Remote "Preference for candidates currently living in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, or Virginia"

    Schedule: Monday-Friday (MST) | Full Time; 40 Hours

    Compensation: $ $23.00 Per Hour

    As a Healthcare Purchasing Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and procurement processes. You will work alongside and learn from our experienced Accounting Team, especially the Purchasing Manager, who will guide you through the various vendor platforms and systems we use.

    Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

    • Procuring goods and services for the organization from trusted vendors such as Staples, Amazon, Grainger, US Foods, and more.
    • Filing and managing vendor contracts and credit applications.
    • Reviewing and completing corporate credit cards and reporting for weekly and monthly requirements.
    • Assisting with the management of corporate credit card issuance, credit limits, and support.
    • Data input into multiple systems related to purchasing module, credit card maintenance, and other vendor purchasing platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Highschool Diploma or equivalent education is required.
    • 1+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures, including contract negotiation and vendor management
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
